  The staff here are incredible. They are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and full of empathy/love for animals. I have never spent more time with a vet in all my years as they give you at this establishment. They take the time to explain everything in detail and have impressed me with their broad knowledge and expertise. This is my forever vet clinic. My pets are an extension of my family and mean the world to me so I couldn’t be more glad that I found a place that I 100% trust. :)

  I would spend anything and do what it takes to keep my animals healthy but what I like about this Clinic as well as that they do not try to push anything that is unnecessary on to you or your pets.

  When my dog passed away they were so nice and sweet and even tho it doesn't mean much their back door you can exit through really helps when everything was done and over with.

  Many veterinarians have a high turnover rate and I had a very very traumatizing and horrible experience of another veterinarian before I switched to Peterborough West Animal Hospital. It made me feel so much better to know that the veterinarians are experienced and have many years under their belt!

  Wonderful and knowledgeable Vet and staff. The whole team takes the time to explain treatments and give advice.
